Return Policy & Cancelation Information
How to Cancel Your Order.
All orders can be cancelled if an email is sent to us (firstname.lastname@example.org). Following this timeframe your case may have already be in creation therefore a refund may not be possible. Please email us to check and we will do our best to get this arranged for you.
For Non Personalised Items
Please email us at email@example.com or using our website contact form to notify us that you wish to return your item. Please ensure the item is safely packaged in its original packaging or suitable alternative. All returns must be sent back to the stated address within 14 days or receiving your parcel and email to us stating a return is being made (a signed for method is recommended). All returns postage charges are not refundable by us.
Upon receipt of the package back at our workshop, a refund will be processed directly to the original payment method, subject to the condition of the item received.
